LX470 - looking for service recommendations

I had a 2007 LX470 that I gave to my daughter #1 4 years ago. She recently took the vehicle in to the local Lexus dealer for a 120,000 mile service. The dealer recommended the following items be done, but I'm questioning if they really need to be done or is the dealer just looking for additional revenue. The 3 items are: (1) Auto Trans Flush ($890) - the owners warranty and service guide says this this should be done if the vehicle tows things (it does not) or is driven on dirt roads (it is not). (2) EFI SRVS w/o T-B (throttle body?), ($418). I cannot find anything in the owners warranty and service guide about this. (3) Fuel Filter ($356) - again nothing in the owners warranty and service guide.

Daughter #2 has a 2001 LX470 with 175,000 miles on it. The transmission fluid has been flushed, but the transmission is not sealed like the 2007. The Throttle Body was replaced during a recall and the fuel filter has never been replaced. This vehicle was primarily maintained by my local Toyota dealer who also maintains my 2003 Sequoia with 255,000 miles on it.

So, my question is do these 3 items need to be done preventatively or should daughter #1 wait until there is an issue with the vehicle - to have these done. She just spent $3100 on the 120K service (most of it was in labor). I want to be able to advise my daughter on what the best thing to do is for her 2007 LX. Thanks...
