Wind Noise Fix on 2007 LS 460

Would like your opinion about Dealer fix on my 2007 LS460 with 67000 miles.
They will replace both front side windows and " other ideas " to reduce wind noise by 95% for $1150.00
Is a dealer fix worth this kind of money?
