LS400 Leaking oil

A dilemma here..have a 1990 LS400 that has a camshaft seal leak....motor has 225k..should I replace the seal(s) or get a new motor? The leak has destroyed one alternator already.

Where on the engine is the turbo return line seal?. My S-40 is leaking oil somewhere below the heat shield
