Help, Electrical Gremlins!
 

So, on my 1991 Lexus LS400 when you start the car, the parking brake light comes on, even when the paking break is off.. Hmm? Anyone know what to do on this one?
Also, We have lost the key to the trunk.. Is there any way to get inside without getting a new key? The button next to the gas cap will not work either...

many times that means that you have a parking light bulb out in the rear--I have a 93 ls400 and my had came on the same way and I replaced the bulb and now the light has gone--I know it is kind of weird--and I didnt know what it was at first either--have someone look at all the rear lights when pressing on the brake and or putting it in revearse and park--i guarantee you there is a light out somewhere--it may be hard to tell but look closely--Godd luck!
