I want to buy a Smarty Trend (android head unit) for my GX470. Maybe someone has already bought a car radio like this Lexus GX 470 2004-2009 (Tesla Style) Android Car Stereo Navigation In-Dash Head Unit? I would like to hear an opinion. Thank you
