Suspension issue
 

I just bought a 1996 GS300 with 93000 miles and I like the car, but at 45miles an hour on flat pavement, it feels like the car is rocking like a boat in the trough of a wave. It is not that severe, but the rocking sensation is there. What should be replaced first to start solving the problem? thanks
