[:@]I just purchased a 95 GS300 i am finding little things here and there that i have to fix, well yesterday I jumped in my car to go to the store, and i couldn't get the ****er to move out of park, if anyone can help, please let me know.

 

Did you steam clean the engine recently? Sometimes the electronics can get funky when you pressure wash the engine bay. If so, when things dry out your shiftermay return to normal. In the meantime you can remove the small plastic plug in the shifter console next to the "Park" indicator and depress the defeat mechanism in order to shift out of Park. You can reach in there with a medium size flat screwdriver or the top end of a ball point pen. Don't use the roller ball end or you'll get ink inside your console.
