GSF whistling sound
 

Good afternoon all. Need some help. My GSF is making somewhat of a whistling or whining sound when i start the car. It stays on while driving. people have told me that they can hear the sound as im driving,. anyone have a clue? was thinking its my water pump pully, or my belt. used to be not as frequent. now its louder.
