I was looking for these for years and wanted to share this info. They are the little nylon clips holding the external mirror housing onto the mirror frame. I repaired the housing instead of buying a whole mirror assy for $300~400. The vendor website has a compatibility checker that says they do not work on my 2002 ES300 but they do so they probably work on many models. I checked at Westside Lexus in Houston, the body shop sent me to parts dept. who told me they are not available. But they are.
