Window Regulator Problem
 

I just had to replace the front-passenger window regulator on my 2002 ES300. Since I put everything back in, I've got a new problem: Whenever I pull Up on the window switch touse the "Automatic" close feature, the window goes all the way to the top, stops for a second, and then backs off to about the mid-window level. I'm guessing this is the safety feature of the window so that it doesn't chop your arm off or something if you were to get it caught in between the window and the frame.

As far as I can tell, I've got the regulator correctly installed/aligned, but obviously I either did something wrong or forgot a step. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?
