Sun Visor

Here's an odd question. How can I tightenmy'95 ES driver's side sun visor so it will stay up against the roof when not in use? It droops (a bad word when you're my age) about 3 inches which drives me nuts. Can't find an adjustment. Thanks!

Seriously now, doesn't anyone among this impressive group know how to fix the sun visor? I REALLY don't want to go to a dealer and get soaked. Please??
