Default steering wheel makes noise when turning

My steering wheel makes noise when I turn. It usually happens when I first start up my car. It doesn't happen every time I turn. It seems to be getting worse though. I just had my power steering tipped off so its not that. Does any one have any ideas of what it could be? please help I know nothing about cars!! thank you!

I have a 2002 es 300

Does it sound like it is a squell? If it sounds like it is coming from around the fire wall look at where the steering colum goes through to the engine compartment on the inside and put some vasoline around the rubber seal and steering shaft.

^ if that does not work, my ES300 did the same thing, it turned out to be the seal that connects the column to the wheel.
