All eyes will be upon Prince William and his bride, Kate Middleton Formal Dresses, on Friday -- not just for the sake of history, but for the planning of future weddings. What will the future princess wear? What will her veil look like? What kind of flowers will she carry? All of these questions hold the answers for future wedding trends, according to Lincoln bridal experts. And within hours of the "I do's," dressmakers across the world will be making look-alikes of Kate's gown for soon-to-be-brides, predicts Lynne Rustad, owner of Ellynne Bridal. And at nearly exactly that same moment, engaged women will flock to bridal shops, asking when the Kate-style wedding gown will be available."I have some brides who are waiting to see her wedding dress before they purchase their dresses," said Maria Qudus, owner of Azurite Bridal.Amber Boyce of Lincoln's Alfred Angelo Bridal predicts the Kate-style gowns won't be available until the late-August weddings. What Kate will wear remains a mystery until wedding day at Westminster Abbey. And that has London oddsmakers taking bets.According to CNN Money, prognosticators are sticking with traditional colors, as opposed to the newest trend of wedding gowns with color. Odds are set at 100-to-1 for a red dress; 4-6 for ivory; 5-2 for white; and 7-2 for champagne.Boyce agrees with those betting on a champagne- or almond-colored dress. "It has more hue than the traditional white or ivory Red Prom Dresses," Boyce said.As for the train, odds are 15-8 that Kate's train will be fewer than 8 feet long Strapless Dresses, quite short when compared to Princess Diana's 25-foot long train. Still some are putting their money on the 10-1 shot that the train will be longer than 32 feet cheap grad dresses, according to CNNMoney. That said, the Lincoln bridal boutique experts have their own predictions what the trendsetting dress will -- and will not -- look like. One of the biggest questions is if Kate's dress will have sleeves."I really think she will wear a soft off-white, ivory gown with satin and some lace," Rustad said.Boyce envisions a dress that incorporates some of the more popular wedding gown trends, such as asymmetrical pleating, corseted backs and rhinestone-studded sashes. It might be a diamond-studded sash -- she is a future princess, after all.Qudus predicts Kate's dress will be more of a trumpet cut, where the dress flares out from the hip and incorporates a ruffly skirt. As for sleeves, Qudus says the princess-to-be has no fewer than eight dresses set aside for her waiting day, and certainly at least one will have a sleeve.Rustad is even more certain the wedding gown will most likely have some sort of sleeve because sleeves are making a return, especially among European designers."It (the dress) will probably have a more contemporary or three-quarter sleeve, or it may be strapless with a jacket she can take off," Rustad hypothesized. "She will have some (shoulder) cover; Westminster Abbey requires it. I went (online) and checked the (church's) dress code."Said Boyce, "If Kate walks out in a dress that has sleeves or anything like that, it will blow the door open on sleeves 2011 prom dresses!"But they're not talking long sleeves like our mothers -- and grandmothers -- wore at their weddings. The new sleeve trend is "practical and pretty," Rustad said. She also predicts that Kate's dress will lean more toward elegant than fairy tale, like the dress Princess Diana wore."I love that we are seeing a more elegant look," Rustad said. How will Kate's wedding-day choices play out in the long run? Rustad predicts Kate's influence will be more far-reaching than Diana's."I don't think Diana's dress was something American girls looked at and said I want that,'" she said.At least not back in 1981 when Diana married Prince Charles. However, this year cheap prom dresses 2011, Qudus said she has sold quite a few princess-style gowns reminiscent of Diana's wedding dress.Kate is more contemporary than Diana. If she stays true to herself, her wedding gown will reflect that, Rustad said."We're counting on her here in America to stand up for us girls Bridesmaid Dresses," she said.Added Boyce: "All brides will look to Kate."And when they walk into the bridal store Black Prom Dresses, "they will know what they want Short Prom Dresses," Qudus said.Topics related articles: http://blog.hi.mop.com/GetEntry.do?i...wner=431364223 http://hzgolf.com/viewthread.php?tid=22819&extra= http://www2.ooopsgreen.com/forum/vie...%3D1&frombbs=1 http://www.tubanews.com/forums/showt...2171#post42171 http://www.nissanforum.com/forum/sho...6319#post26319
