Repaint the 2000 ES300

Repaint the 2000 ES300
My mother gave me the 2000 ES300, running great, comfortable, I love this car except the color.
It is beige.
I wonder why these ES have different color on the bottom part.Its like gray?
I thought repainting the whole body to Black or White would be really nice.
I heard Maaco is cheap, but crappy.
I dont want to spend too much though....
Has anyone done the repainting? or Does anyone have any advise where to have a great painting job.
