Hi, I need some help in diagnosing a bad rattle that is coming out of my left front wheel area. This is a 99 ES 300 with 140,000 miles. This problem does not exist on very smooth roads, which there are none in Oklahoma, but on bumpy roads it is a very bad, constant rattle. There is no abnormal bounce, or turn in the wheel. I have replaced the front struts, checked the breaks, and resurfaced the rotors, but nothing has helped.

I am open to any suggestions or ideas that may solve this problem.

 

Have u look thru ure ball joints ? Stablizer rubber bushes ? Arm rubber bush?.. this happens only wityh rough/ bumpy roads... - do check youre absorbers
