No Low Beams
 

I also posted this in general tech but no answers:

I bought a 2005 ES330 recently. Oneevening we notice the low beams wouldn't work, only high beams. Under the hood there are only two snipped wires and the lights are gone? Somebody stole them. Can I just buy a new connector and lights and solder the wires, or is there more too it.
