Jerks when shifting to 1 to 2 or 2 to 3
 

I have a Lexus ES 350 (2007) that I bought about 6 months back. The transition from 1->2 or 2->3 is not as smooth as I would like it to be (my corolla has a smoother transition). The lexus sometimes has a jerk. At other times, the RPM goes really high before it shifts. I have taken it to the dealer twice and both times they have adjusted the fluid level but that hasn't helped. I have driven a loaner car from the dealer and it usually does much better

Any advice?

DO NOT MESS WITH THE FLUID LEVEL. OK HERE IS WHAT YOU GOT. LEXUS HAS BEEN HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THAT TRANSMISSION . TAKE IT TO THE DEALER, THERE ARE TRANSMISSION UPDATES AVAILABLE, THAT ADJUST THE COMPUTER PROGRAMING OF THE TRANS. THEY WILL TRY THAT FIRST IF IT DOESNT WORK THEY WILL PUT IN A NEW TRANS. YOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE .
