HID bulb replacement
 

I have a 2002 ES. Last year my passenger side HID low beam light went out. Was told by the dealer that the replacement would be $600. Driver's side HID low beam went out this past week and again they are quoting me $600 to fix. Sylvania replacement bulbs list for about $120 at reputable online parts dealers. Any reason why the bulb cannot simply be replaced?
