es330 navigation???

I have a 2004 es330 with the navition system And screen say no disk please insert map DVD Even the I have that map DVD inside .what can I do? any help wil apreciate

Got a problem as well.My navigation system has,on multiple occasions taken me to the wrong final destination.It has missed the final destination from a few hundred yards to several miles.But sometimes it is right on the final address.The dealer has "recalibrated" the system but the problem continues. Has anyone had the same problem and its solution?
