my 98 es300 has the check engine light on. it's code reading says 02 sensor. i have replaced them both and reset computer but it came back on with same code reading. whats the deal?

 

it may have a bad cat, which is souring the o2s...

I have a 96 es300 with maybe a similar problem. The engine light stays on and im getting poor milage and a raw fuel smell sometimes but no leaks. It also has a rough idle, could this be a bad cat or O2's? they have almost 200k on them... Thanks
