Cabin odor
 

ES350 - 2018. I have gotten a cabin odor 3 or 4 days ago. Smells like it could be a dead animal. I replaced the Cabin filter and it looks like something tried to chew on it. After new filter the odor is still there. Two questions. How could a critter get in there? And, how can I remove the air vent which is under the hood on the Passenger side? Please help. Thanks, Bill.
