About to buy my first Lexus - 2005 or 2006 ES?

Any material difference in the two? I prefer something with less than 35K miles on it.

Dont buy a ES very boring car save your penny's and get a GS.

Get an 07, the trans on the 05 and 06 shifts like crap.
