Hello all,

I noticed a few drops on oil on the garage floor under the hood of my car and one of the drops was fresh oil where as others were dried. Thinking there is a slow leak, drop at a time. Any idea what might be causing this. On my research, I have read oil leaks are common in older cars but what would cause leak in a newish car. I am taking it to a mechanic next week but just want to have some ideas as to waht causes it and how much it might cost, so i dont sound naive and dont get taken to cleaners.
