Hi,

Anyone know how to replace the fogs on an IS200 99-05 model?

What you want to replace?
The whole housing, then you have to screw 2 screws out it. You can find them when you go with you're hand in the front of the holes in the bumper. Then you can feel the 2 screws. When you has remove the screws lift the fog light a little bit on that side and you can put it out together. Don't pull too hard but you have to remove the bulb wire.

Removed the screws but the fog units wont move, one will wobble but that's it!
Trying to replace the bulbs. Haven't been able to get to them from the back either?
