08 IS250 AWD belt tensioner

Anyone changed their belt tensioner? Ordered one but hasn't arrived for me to look at it. Anything I should know about before I pull the car for the day. Went to YouTube with no results for an IS 250 auto add. Plenty on RX 350 s.
