Water Pump Replacement 94 ES 300 218K miles
 

I was told that my Water Pump need to be replaced since antifreeze goes in and comes straight back out. Can someone send a picture or describe the exact location of the water pump. What all need to be removed to replace the water pump? If I replace the water pump is there anything else on that side of the engine that I should replace? I know it is going to be a pain and I have time since I do not have the money for labor cost.
