error code p1300, vsc light on, car jerks
 

code p1300 is a powertrain error code. I heard it could be as simple as a sensor. periodically the car jerks and the vsc off light stays on. Anybody know what sensor this would be and where it is. Don't really want to take to dealer..............help. The car is a 99 gs300.
