Lexus 94 LS400 braking problem
 

hi i have an 94 ls400 with 206000 miles and its been running great but recently i have had a problem with the braking, when i brake my transmission downshifts and my reverse light on my dash board comes on when i brake also. my battery voltage is good my fuses are fine iv had my car scanned and no problem codes came up so i think something is shorting out in my system like a wire or something, if anyone has any information that might be helpful i would be glad to hear it
