2016 RX-450h
 

My RX-450h has started running rough this weekend and making terrible rattle noise when I hit the start button. The second time the "Check Engine" light came on. I got it to the local Lexus dealer. Today I got a call from them and was told it's an (4) injector problem. It sounded like it happening to other RX's.
Has anyone heard of this with other Lexus vehicles?
