Will Non-Lexus trailer hitch make the kick sensor stop working
 

I have a 2025 Lexus NX350h with a kick sensor. I want to get a U-Haul trailer hitch, but need advice on whether this will impede the kick sensor. U-Haul has three possible hitches for this car, and only one of them has a warning about impeding the kick sensor?the others don?t have that warning. Will the U-Haul hitch impede the kick sensor? If so, do I buy an adapter to move it?
