Default Lexus Diagnosis for car trouble

Have you had any misdiagnosis by Lexus Service Department when they run the diagnostic report?
If so, what happened?
Did you ever have the diagnosis and took it to your own mechanic? and what if that still didn't solve the problem?
My car has been vibrating. Diagnosis was fuel injector. Brought to own mechanic but said that did not resolve the problem.
Thank you for any advice.

The more you know about your vehicle, the more likely you can head off repair problems. You can detect many common problems by using your senses: eyeballing the spot where you parked your car, listening for strange noises, sensing a difference in the way it handles, or even noticing unusual odors.

My '08 Lexus 400h need both front axel's replaced. Dealer has never seen this issue before. I think lexus should mediate cost of this odd repair. What do you think?
