I know this an old topic but in my case im new to it and i just want to have everything clear so when the time comes ill know what to do as some of you guys probably already guest it i bought a 2001 is300 and i want to the 2jz swap to it but here is when almost everyone is gonna hate me for in my case my is300 is automatic but i still want to put money into it why? Well is my first car and my plans are to show people that standard or auto you can still make your car a beast now before yall start judging me i do know how to drive standard i learned how to drive standard first than automatic because where i came from (Honduras) people prefer standard over auto because of the high price when its time to fix it anyways so the question here is what i need to be aware of when i decide to buy the new engine & install it?
